Description

As an Assistant Manager in CrossFit Leixlip, you’ll be a leader in our gym, responsible for delivering high-quality coaching and fostering a positive, inclusive community. You’ll work closely with the whole coaching team and our members to help our Community achieve their fitness goals, while also embodying the core values of CrossFit.
We are looking for a Professional with a deep understanding of the CrossFit methodology and the ability to apply it effectively in a group setting as per the CrossFit Level 2 Course. Your passion for helping and serving others should be evident both in your coaching and in how you treat the members. We want someone special to be part of a special Community!

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re on the lookout for an awesome CF-L2 trainer to join our Management Team at CrossFit Leixlip! If you’re great at talking to people, super organised, good with computers, and you’re all about teamwork and helping a business grow, you might be exactly who we need. You’ll need at least 300 hours of coaching experience as a CF-L2. Knowing the CrossFit Methodology or willing to learn it inside and out is a must.
We’re looking for someone who’s up for training with us twice a week to create culture and learn from other coaches for Coaching Development.
We are looking for someone with ton of empathy, can build strong relationships while still keeping things professional, and is always ready to learn. You should feel comfortable coaching everyone, from beginners to advanced athletes, and be committed to always getting better at what you do. We want someone who’s proud of their coaching, open to new ideas, and cool with admitting when they’ve made a mistake (it happens to the best of us!).
