Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As Assistant Manager, you’ll be the go-to person supporting our Venue Manager to keep the floor humming, the team motivated, and our guests smiling. You’ll take the lead during service, train and mentor FOH staff, help plan events, and make sure every shift runs smoothly. It’s a hands-on role where no two days are the same, and you’ll have the chance to step up when the Venue Manager is away.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Leading the FOH team and setting the tone for exceptional service
  • Jumping in wherever needed — from greeting guests to coordinating with the kitchen
  • Assisting with rostering, training, and performance coaching
  • Helping organise and deliver events that bring Kefi to life
  • Keeping things running behind the scenes - stock, ordering, and budgets
  • Bringing energy, solutions, and positivity to every shift
