• Communicate Clearly: Provide accurate quotes, timelines, and daily updates to customers on their vehicle’s status
• Follow Up & Build Loyalty: Call customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and offer future service reminders
• Stay Organized: Manage returns, warranty parts, and service records with precision
• Keep Standards High: Follow company processes and maintain a professional, customer-focused store environment
