Our Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) programs offer person-centered care in residential settings that promote independence, dignity, and community integration. ---------------------------------------- WHAT WE OFFER: • Time Off – Up to 4 weeks combined vacation, personal and cultural holiday • 12 paid holidays • Up to 2 weeks Sick Time • Highly Specialized Paid Trainings including opportunity to earn CEUs • Health and Dental Insurance • Life, Short Term and Long Term Disability Insurance • 403B plan with discretionary match • Wellness Activities • Employee Assistance Program • Career Development Opportunities Benefits vary based on position and scheduled hours. ---------------------------------------- WHY BAMSI? • Leadership Opportunity: Step into a supervisory role supporting staff and persons served in a dynamic residential setting. • Hands-On Impact: Deliver direct care and support services that foster independence and personal growth. • Collaborative Culture: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team committed to compassionate, strengths-based care. ---------------------------------------- WHAT YOU’LL DO: • Provide direct care and support to persons served, promoting independence and dignity • Deliver interventions from Treatment Plans with guidance from licensed clinicians • Teach daily living skills including personal care, household tasks, and medication management • Administer and supervise medications per MAP guidelines • Facilitate community integration through group and individual activities • Assist with case management and implementation of Individualized Action Plans (IAPs) • Maintain documentation including service notes, medication records, and incident reports • Support program operations including menu planning, van maintenance, and safety drills • Supervise staff in the absence of the Program Manager • Ensure compliance with agency policies and funder regulations • Attend meetings and trainings as required ---------------------------------------- WHAT YOU BRING: • Education/Experience: * Bachelor’s or Associate degree in human services plus experience with disabled populations, or * Four years of experience with disabled populations, including two years with mental illness • Skills: * Effective communication and documentation * Strong leadership and critical thinking * Basic computer literacy • Requirements: * Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record * Ability to lift, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks * Ability to speak and write English clearly * Preference for candidates with lived experience and fluency in languages common in Southeastern MA Tue-Sat 10a-6p 40
Responsibilities
Provide direct care and support to individuals, promoting their independence and dignity. Deliver interventions from Treatment Plans and assist with case management and implementation of Individualized Action Plans.
