OVERVIEW

As Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the day to day operations of the bar, supporting the General Manager in ensuring smooth service, staff coordination, and customer satisfaction. In addition to operational duties, this role includes social media and digital engagement. You will be responsible for creating and managing engaging content across our platforms, promoting events, building brand visibility and connecting with our community online.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in hospitality management or supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and content creation.
• Creative eye for branding, photography, and storytelling.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Personal License desired but not required
