Assistant Manager (Barista-Trained) – Cool Health & Wellness Concept (6 Months Fixed Term Contract)
Location: Manchester city centre
Salary: £16 per hour weekdays and £18 per hour at weekends
Hours: 40-hour contract with the opportunity to work additional hours
Are you a health and wellness fanatic with a passion for coffee and top-notch friendly service?
Our client is an exciting wellness brand that’s gone viral on social media and due to their huge success and popular demand for their products, they are opening an outlet in Manchester. This will be the first of its kind and is due to launch at the end of September 2025.
As the concept will be serving coffee and chilled drinks with a twist, we are looking for a hands-on manager or supervisor who can really get stuck in serving, building relationships with and educating customers on the brands revolutionary offerings.
For this role, we are looking for a real people person with a big personality and ideally a keen interest in health & wellness with a can-do attitude and hunger to succeed. This will be the first of the brand’s concepts and a great opportunity to not only make a name for yourself but will also be a great foot in the door with a fast growing business.
As this is a key launch for the business, we are looking for a hands-on dedicated manager who is equally as devoted to the success of the operations and due to expected popular demand have a degree of flexibility with the demands of the role.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be a real personality, high energy, who enjoys interacting with customers and being the face of the business.
• Take great pleasure in not only learning and educating customers about the brand and their offerings but be a great ambassador for the business.
• Ideally be an advocate or have an interest in health and wellbeing or nutrition
• Barista experience would be advantageous
• Due to the launch of this exciting new concept, we are looking for a confident, engaging leader.
