The Assistant Manager will help build the team and work closely wit the team to ensure the service and standards are the highest of quality. The Venue comprises of a stunning seafood bar and brasserie style dining, ideal for a quick glass of champagne whilst shopping, or a destination dining space for an elegant dinner. Job Type: Full Time Annual Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 As an Assistant Manager your key responsibilities will be: To provide an excellent food & beverage service and offer, always ensuring all operations are managed in the most effective way. To help and lead in the everyday operation Working closely with the General Manager to grow private hire, private dining, and table reservations for the venue. To hire, train and retain the staff, offering a supportive and positive working environments for all the team. To measure and positively impact guest reviews on all platforms and become and venue of choice.
