Description

Our new dental office in River Vale, NJ, opening in Fall 2025, is looking for a dedicated Practice Manager. The position will start with training at our Montvale office as an assistant manager, transitioning to a manager at River Vale office once it opens.
The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of medical office operations. Ideal candidates will manage patient inquiries, appointments, and communication with healthcare providers. The schedule is 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, five weekdays.

SKILLS:

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage schedules, records, staff coordination, and office workflow efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication for interacting with patients, staff, and insurance providers.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Skills in supervising staff, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a productive, positive work environment.
  • Knowledge of Dental Software and Billing Systems: Proficiency in dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) and handling insurance claims and billing.
