JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager with skills in retail management, cosmetics, beauty, and skincare to join our team in Dundrum. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in cosmetics, beauty, or skincare.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
• Passion for cosmetics, beauty, and skincare.
