Assistant Manager, Bed Management Office Entity: Aga Khan University Hospital Location: Karachi Introduction to the Aga Khan University: Aga Khan University Hospital invites applications for the position of Assistant Manager, Bed Management Office. Job Role / Responsibilities: You will report to the Manager and responsible to facilitate Service Line for safe patient allocation and timely access to beds for our patients in coordination with the relevant teams. You also expected to perform support activities of resource Management by coordinating with the service line and provide timely updates to respective hospital management about the status of hospital activities. Eligibility Criteria / Requirements: BScN from a recognized school of nursing; Masters in Nursing will be preferred Valid registration from Pakistan Nursing Council 5-7 years of clinical/administrative experience better knowhow of current clinical and research literature and is familiar with nursing quality assurance and continuous quality improvement effective skills in problem solving and crisis management leadership skills; excellent interpersonal and communication skills excellent teaching skills.
