Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Recruiter to assist in recruiting a Personal Assistant for our management team. The successful candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, and selecting top candidates for executive support roles. As an HR Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the selected Personal Assistant possesses the skills, experience, and professionalism necessary to support the manager effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize multiple recruitment channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to find qualified candidates for the Personal Assistant to Manager position.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates. Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and compatibility with the role.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Manager: Work closely with the hiring manager to understand specific requirements, expectations, and the ideal candidate profile for the Personal Assistant role.
  • Candidate Selection & Assessment: Administer any required assessments or tests to evaluate candidates’ administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Offer Negotiation: Provide support in making competitive job offers, ensuring that all terms are agreed upon with both the candidate and the hiring manager.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Ensure proper documentation of recruitment processes, maintain candidate records, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for the selected Personal Assistant, ensuring smooth integration into the team and organization.
  • Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement process improvements for the recruitment of Personal Assistants, ensuring efficiency and the selection of top-tier talent.
  • Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role, ideally with experience in recruiting for administrative and executive support positions.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to assess candidates’ abilities and fit for high-level administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and recruitment software.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
