Responsibilities
  • Working collaboratively with the General Manager and Assistant Manager - Hospitality, to ensure optimum operations in line with bookings, room allocations and availability
  • Ensure all social media platforms are regularly updated and managed successfully in order to positively promote Trigonos, with a focus on increasing bookings, bed and breakfast, private events and courses.
  • To work with the Ruskin Mill Trust marketing team to help produce publicity and marketing materials
  • To work with all guests and colleagues to ensure that their stay is of the highest standard
  • To oversee all bookings and bookings systems, encouraging the development of processes, where required, that align to the business and guest need
  • To communicate effectively with new clients to build solid relationships, encouraging future and repeat bookings
  • To manage booking channels such as booking.com
  • To seek and promote opportunities for BnB bookings when the centre is not at full capacity
  • To undertake on call duties and duty managemen
