ABOUT THE ROLE:

As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in leading the team and creating an elevated experience that inspires our customers and reflects the Stylerunner brand. You’ll play a key role in day-to-day operations, team development, and driving sales while building your confidence as a future store leader.
You’ll work closely with your Store and Area Manager to identify opportunities for performance and progression — for both you and your team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the Store Manager to lead and motivate a high-performing team
• Deliver standout customer experiences and strong KPI results
• Manage floor operations, stock, visuals & daily processes
• Help drive a strong, confident store culture
• Coach casual team members and support training & development
• Step up to run the store when needed
• Uphold safety, compliance, and visual excellence
