An exciting opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager has come up in our Dungarvan store. We are looking for a passionate fashion retail manager who is used to working in a fast-paced environment. • Responsible for daily operations of a fast paced retail store
• Responsible for looking after your own team, training needs, monitoring their performance, processing deliveries, placement of stock
• Recruiting and developing the sales team
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensuring effective cost reduction and profit protection procedures are in place
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Reporting to the Store Manager
• Drive sales and maximise profit by analysing sales reports and targets
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
• Manage daily store operations by delegating efficiently and working with deployment plans
• Promote and maintain a high level of customer service at all times
