JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager who holds a personal license to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the hospitality industry, particularly within restaurant, bar, night club or hotel settings. This role requires excellent leadership and team management skills, as well as a passion for food preparation and customer service. The Assistant Manager will support the daily operations and maintaining a positive and high quality work environment.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality sector, particularly in restaurants, bars, night clubs or hotels.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen management.
  • Previous experience in team management, demonstrating effective leadership skills.
  • Experience as a barista or in serving roles is advantageous but not essential.

  • Assist in managing daily operations of the establishment, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and front-of-house team members, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
  • Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards and are served promptly.
  • Maintain high levels of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations.
  • Manage inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as needed to ensure efficient operation.
  • Foster a positive dining experience for customers by addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.
  • Help with bouncers and ensure no danger occurs in the pub, and all safety procedures are met.
