Manage agency relationships (creative, advertising, PR, media, event, and digital) to ensure impactful storytelling, consistent brand expression, and on-time delivery. Manage industry relations, including partnerships with associations and drive media relations and external communications. Plan and execute events and brand activations, including leadership forums, client engagements, industry participation, and internal brand experiences. Collaborate cross-functionally with business units, HR, CSR, and leadership teams to ensure consistency and alignment in brand voice and messaging. Support client communication initiatives, ensuring brand-aligned messaging across presentations, proposals, events and client-facing materials.
