As Assistant Manager, Brand Marketing, you will support the development and execution of integrated brand and marketing campaigns and initiatives that bring Manulife’s proposition to life. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of brand activations across multiple touchpoints, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, content development, and performance insights. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented marketer with a passion for storytelling, customer engagement, and data-informed decision-making. Position Responsibilities: Support the planning and execution of marketing activation campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels, ensuring alignment with Manulife’s strategy and business objectives. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Distributions, Growth Marketing, Customer Engagement, Product Marketing, Legal & Compliance) to manage campaign workflows, approvals, and timelines. Assist in developing compelling content for platforms focusing but not limited to WeChat, XHS, and other social channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice. Monitor and analyze campaign performance across touchpoints, contributing to monthly reporting and insights generation to inform future strategies. Maintain clear documentation and task trackers to ensure timely follow-through and closure of assigned responsibilities. Proactively engage with teammates and stakeholders to align on expectations, clarify roles, and foster a collaborative working environment. Support the development of training materials and internal communications that reinforce brand understanding and adoption across teams. Identify opportunities to improve campaign delivery and stakeholder experience through structured problem-solving and continuous feedback loops. Required Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or communications, preferably within financial services or a regulated industry. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin preferred). Experience in content development and campaign execution across digital and social platforms. Experience working on communications for Mainland-Chinese-Visitor audiences is a strong advantage. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations. A team player, proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach to work.
