Coordinate press activity for product launches, fan events, press-only product previews, and brand publicity moments Project Management Support Maintain ongoing timelines, campaign documentation and workback schedules for PR and marketing activations. Proactively “manage up and down” to ensure tasks and timelines are clear across internal collaborators; proactively communicate blockers Maintain quality control for all press materials and ensure accuracy before broader internal or external distribution. Assist with writing and editing press releases, media alerts, fact sheets and talking points. Manage review and approval workflows for messaging and materials across internal and external collaborators. Support organization and scheduling of asset releases, key marketing beats, and media engagement moments. Ensure all coverage and recap reports are data-driven, highlighting outcomes, sentiment and alignment with established critical metrics. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience from a 4-year college with a focus in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field. 1-3 years of progressive experience in a public relations agency or public relations department, preferably supporting global initiatives, games, and/or entertainment properties. Excellent writing & communication skills. Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
