  Overview:

We are 9 months into our second neighbourhood restaurant, bar and event space. On a customer level we want to recreate the type of environment we have in Site 1:

• The type of place you want to invite others to join you, spending time whatever the occasion; meeting friends, having a party, reading a book, working from home away from home

We serve brunch, lunch and dinner six days a week with a South American menu / vibe. Our passion for food, design and music is reflected in our seasonal, quality ingredients; colourful, plant-filled interiors and lovingly-curated playlists.

We are looking for candidates who can:

• Maintain and uphold our standards and values
• Add value by bringing best learned experience from places you’ve worked before - we have an open-mindset
• Help to operate a smooth and efficient service with attention to detail and neighbourhood friendly service (warm and non-transactional)
• Value honesty, hard-work and want to learn
• Keep the whole restaurant clean and hygienic

• Ensure new team members are all trained to correct specification

Experience:

• Hospitality: 3 years (required)

• We are 9 months into our sparkling, new second site, situated outside Brockwell park, 10 mins from Brixton Stn
• Assisting the management of a unique site: a two-story railway arch in SW London with pedestrianized frontage in a prime location opposite Brockwell Park (30 seconds from Herne Hill Station; 10 mins travel to Central London).
• Join a growing independent hospitality company with opportunity for career development

• Ordering consumables for the restaurant
• Organising and running incentives for the floor team
• Assisting with training and managing the floor team
