[What the role is] [What the role is] Assistant Manager, Business Analyst (A&P) / IT Services (2-year contract) [What you will be working on] [What you will be doing] Lead and facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with key stakeholders to gather, understand, and document business requirements. Evaluate information from multiple sources, resolve conflicting inputs, and differentiate between user requests and the underlying business needs. Analyse and document current ("as-is") and future ("to-be") business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement. Develop and maintain comprehensive project artefacts, including business cases, process flow diagrams, and requirements traceability matrices. Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications that are easily understood by both business stakeholders and development teams. Assess third-party products and vendor solutions to ensure alignment with organisational, business, and technical requirements, supporting informed procurement and implementation decisions. Present findings and propose solutions, managing the expectations of both business and technical audiences, including senior leadership. Collaborate with Project Managers to support the management of project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Contribute to the IT digitalisation roadmap by identifying technological opportunities that enhance administrative efficiency. [What we are looking for] Possess relevant qualifications in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for senior-level roles. Certified in Business Analysis, such as the Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP). Experienced in the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, including evaluating third-party software vendors, managing vendor relationships post-implementation, and supporting change management to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes. Preferred certifications in Agile methodologies, such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO). Microsoft Power Platform certification is preferred. Cloud-related certifications, such as Microsoft Certified Azure Developer Associate, are also preferred.
