We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager – Business Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth across key market segments. Key Responsibilities: · Identify and pursue new sales leads, focusing on high-potential market segments. · Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, developers, corporate clients, and consultants. · Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve revenue targets. · Conduct market research to explore new opportunities and emerging sectors. · Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. · Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, proposals, and timely response to client inquiries. · Manage and grow business within government, private, and defense (forces) sectors. Education: Graduate (Bachelor’s degree required) Experience: Minimum 4 years of field sales experience in electrical cable sales Proven exposure to government, private, and forces sector sales Strong network and references within: Army / Defense Officers Residential & Commercial Builders Consultants Skills Required: Strong communication and negotiation skills Excellent relationship management abilities Market awareness and strategic thinking Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
