Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end process of applying, renewing, and maintaining business licenses and permits for all outlets and corporate operations. Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Monitor expiration timelines and ensure timely submission of renewal documentation. Ensure that all business operations are in full legal compliance, particularly in relation to business licenses, premise approvals, signage permits, etc. Maintain proper records of all licenses and regulatory documents. Provide administrative support in compiling and submitting necessary paperwork to relevant agencies. Work closely with internal teams (Legal, Operations, Store Development, etc.) and external parties (consultants, local councils, landlords) to facilitate smooth approval and licensing processes. Support site openings, relocations, and closures from an administrative and regulatory standpoint. Continuously review and improve administrative workflows to reduce delays and improve accuracy in licensing and compliance management. Stay up to date with regulatory changes and update internal SOPs accordingly. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field. Minimum 6–8 years of working experience in business licensing, corporate administration, or regulatory compliance. Strong understanding of Malaysian licensing and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication and coordination skills, especially with government agencies and local authorities. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight timelines. Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
