Job Description Office Location: Sampoerna Strategic Square Role Expectations As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding AirAsia Move’s accommodation portfolio and strengthening our position across key destinations. You will be responsible for growing, managing and optimizing relationships with hotel partners to ensure long-term success and revenue growth. Your Responsibilities: Market Expansion & Partner Acquisition - Identify, prioritize, and expand AirAsia Move’s market presence by onboarding high-potential hotel partners in key destinations. Account Ownership & Integrity - Passionately manage assigned hotel portfolios with strong ownership, professionalism and integrity. Competitiveness & Revenue Management - Ensure optimized hotel content, pricing, availability and competitiveness while providing superior revenue management insights. Market Insights & Analysis - Analyze, visualize and present market trends to internal teams and hotel partners to drive strategic growth decisions. Partner Training & Enablement - Train hotels to effectively use AirAsia Move’s platform, tools and business models to maximize their performance. Market Visits & Relationship Building - Conduct regular hotel visits as planned by the Team Lead to maintain strong, long-term partner relationships. Cross-LOB Promotion - Actively promote AirAsia Move products and services from other Lines of Business when relevant to partner needs. KPI & Performance Excellence - Execute duties effectively based on KPI metrics and perform any additional reasonable tasks assigned by management. Requirements: Education - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from an accredited institution. Experience - 1–2 years of experience in account management, partnerships, OTA, travel, hospitality, e-commerce, or related fields. ​Strong time management and organizational skills with high attention to detail. Ambitious, dynamic, self-driven and hungry to learn. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Google Workspace. A result-driven mindset with passion for building long-term partnerships.
