Description

The successful candidate will be part of NTU PACE’s Business Development Unit in the NTU Academy for Professional and Continuing Education which is responsible for continuing education provided by NTU.
You will be the business contact to manage and support the various NTU schools and colleges in the offering and administering of their programmes and initiatives related to continuing education and training (CET) at NTU.

Key responsibilities of the job include but are not limited to the following:

  • Work with Senior Asst Director (Business Development), Academic, Business Development, Marketing, and Programme Operations Units, as well as faculty to curate impactful lifelong learning programmes
  • Manage CET academic programmes in terms of preliminary evaluation for relevance, sustainability and effective delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in teaching and learning and/or experience with designing and developing curricula
  • Strong and robust communication and people skills, responsible, resourceful, and willing to learn
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills that are persuasive and compelling
  • Creative, meticulous with strong planning and analytical skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with web-based programmes
