Description

We’re a fast-growing marketing agency specializing in real estate marketing services like 3D visualization, branding, and digital campaigns. We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with experience in agencies like Pixarch and a strong network in the real estate industry.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 4+ years of business development experience in a creative/ 3D Architectural Visualization agency.
  • Proven track record of working with real estate clients in the UAE or GCC.
  • Strong understanding of real estate marketing services, including 3D architectural rendering, video production, and digital campaigns.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong network within the Dubai real estate ecosystem is highly preferred.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
  • English and Arabic required.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage new business opportunities within the real estate sector.
  • Pitch and sell marketing solutions (3D renders, walkthroughs, branding, digital marketing, etc.).
  • Build strong relationships with real estate developers and agencies in Dubai.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client requirements.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Understand client needs and tailor strategic marketing solutions accordingly.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, presentations, proposals, and quotations.
