Job Profile * Achieve sales and volume targets while driving growth in the Organized Trade channel (Modern Trade & HORECA). * Develop new business opportunities and onboard key accounts such as hotels, restaurants, and cafés. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and conduct regular business reviews. * Plan and execute trade promotions, campaigns, and visibility initiatives to strengthen brand presence. * Ensure product availability, proper merchandising, and effective in-store execution. * Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide insights to support channel growth. * Manage trade spend and ensure promotions are executed within the approved budget.   Personal Profile * Have a Professional qualification in marketing preferably SLIM or a degree from a recognized university.  * 3–6 years’ experience in FMCG/Beverage sales, preferably in Organized Trade. * Experience managing Modern Trade and HORECA key accounts (supermarkets, hotels, restaurants). * The ideal candidate will have strong customer relationship, strategic planning, negotiation, and execution skills.  * Data-driven decision making and analytical skills. * Able to work in a fast-paced FMCG environment with willingness to travel across regions. * Good knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting tools.
