Description
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join the Business Finance team. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to drive financial planning, analysis, and decision-making support. Key Responsibilities 1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) * Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis * Track business performance against financial targets * Prepare monthly MIS reports and dashboards 2. Business Partnering * Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Product) * Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions * Evaluate new business initiatives and cost optimization opportunities 3. Financial Reporting * Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities * Analyze revenue, costs, and profitability across business segments * Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data 4. Data Analysis & Insights * Perform detailed financial analysis to identify trends and risks * Build financial models to support business cases * Drive automation and process improvements 5. Compliance & Controls * Ensure adherence to internal financial controls * Support audits and regulatory requirements Qualifications/Skills * Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) * CA Fresher or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of financial modeling is a plus * Good understanding of financial statements and accounting principles * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Preferred Skills (Good to have) * Exposure to FP&A / Business Finance during articleship or work experience * Familiarity with tools like Power BI, SQL, or ERP systems
