Description

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in life Sciences or a related field in science or healthcare (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in a relevant field; background in clinical research is advantageous
  • Good knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and IRB requirements.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Willingness to adapt and take on tasks beyond the job description as necessary
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a supportive role and as part of a team
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Assistant Manager to join our Business and Innovation Development Unit (BIDU) for the CADENCE platform. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our platform’s capabilities and fostering key partnerships in the clinical research landscape.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support in identifying and pursuing new business and research opportunities to expand our platforms’ capability
  • Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including research institutions, pharmaceutical companies, CROs, and healthcare providers
  • Prepare business documents and presentations (e.g., company portfolio, research landscape reports, partner profiles, pitch decks)
  • Support contracting and financing discussions for agreements as needed
  • Maintain organised records of business development activities and partnerships
  • Assist in coordinating events such as symposia and roundtable meetings
  • Contribute to the development of promotional materials targeting potential clients
