The role of the Assistant Branch Manager is to support the Branch Manager in managing the performance of the branch to achieve the company vision and successfully implement the Greatness Blueprint. The Assistant Branch Manager will assist the Branch Manager in effectively communicating the company vision and strategy throughout the branch and lead, inspire, coach and support reporting staff to successfully implement the Greatness Blueprint. Position Involves: Customised Customer Service Responsibility for Staff management, OHS issues, the Branch and branch maintenance Accountability for debtors, customer complaints, customer development and staff issues Develop customers and encourage staff to develop customer relationships Requirements: Current driver`s licence Competent use of TRS Competent use of RDS High level phone manner Forklift licence preferred Endorse and embrace the Learning & Development Centre Your Qualities: Embrace the Reece Way Team spirited Works in a safe and efficient manner Delivers a high level of customer service Has a high level of attention to detail Can time manage well and priorities Can manage and meet expectations of various stakeholders including; staff, customers, suppliers and management.
