Description
Responsibilities: Review and preview incoming life insurance applications for completeness and accuracy. Coordinate with Underwriting and Distribution to obtain necessary medical reports and underwriting decisions. Liaise with Distribution teams to ensure proper documentation and compliance with sales procedures, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. Track and monitor application progress to ensure timely processing and approval. Communicate effectively with insurance intermediaries and internal departments regarding application status and requirements. Maintain accurate records of application reviews and correspondence. Stay updated on industry regulations, product features, and company policies related to life insurance underwriting and sales. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. Previous experience in life insurance underwriting, case management, or a related role is preferred. Strong understanding of medical underwriting procedures and insurance regulations in Hong Kong. Excellent communication and coordination skills in Cantonese and English. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Knowledge of relevant compliance and sales practices.
