JOB TITLE: ASSISTANT MANAGER
Job Summary: The Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail establishment. They play a key role in ensuring excellent customer service.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Previous 24 months of continuous retail experience required, with supervisory experience preferred in a clothing store.
· Not suitable to current university or school students.
· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
· Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software.
· Driving licence and car preferred.
Include but are not limited to:
· Strong organisation, communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
· Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained and the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
· Oversee inventory levels, handle stock orders, coordinate deliveries and be able to move stock when required.
· Supervise and train retail staff and provide guidance and support to team members.
· Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
