Sephora SEA’s omni channel business spans over 8 countries (Australia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand) with 100+ stores and boasts some global flagships such as ION and Raffles City in Singapore, F88 in Kuala Lumpur and Pitt Street in Sydney. Sephora SEA is experiencing rapid growth in the region with new store openings and business channels (i.e., Click and collect and marketplace).

REPORTING

  • Take ownership of standard reports & presentations, ensuring accuracy & timely delivery, while continually looking for ways to make improvements
  • Collaborate with the Business Intelligence (BI) team on the maintenance of the brands & category pages on Domo and ensure proper delivery of automated weekly and monthly reports
  • Provide sales and trend reporting in support of weekly, monthly, yearly sales recaps and analysis
  • Timely delivery of business reviews for regional level brand/group meetings
  • Engage in Joint Business Plan (JBP) initiatives, and be responsible for preparation and consolidation
