What You’ll Do As an Assistant Manager, you’ll support the General Manager in leading daily restaurant operations while building a culture of excellence. You’ll: Lead, coach, and inspire service staff to deliver Western Syle hospitality. Support hiring, training, scheduling, and team development. Oversee food & beverage service, inventory, and cost controls. Ensure safety, cleanliness, and a welcoming environment inside and outside the restaurant.
