JOB SUMMARY:
We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager/Center Associate to help lead our retail location. As a key member of our team, you’ll be responsible for supporting the Center Manager in day-to-day operations, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED required; advanced education or degree preferred
1+ year of supervisory experience in logistics, retail, or a relevant industry
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
Excellent phone and customer service skills
Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks as required
Dynamic personality with strong leadership and motivational skills
Availability to work weekends
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience working in a UPS stor
