Drive Results: Partner with your Regional Operations Partner in KPI‑focused meetings. Own people, operations, and P&L performance through sales building, labor management, inventory control, and cash‑security procedures. Deliver Exceptional Hospitality: Ensure “Every Guest Leaves Happy” by executing OAC, ROR, line checks, temp logs, and offering add‑ons/upgrades to maximize both guest satisfaction and revenue. Key Deliverables Masterpieces Now! Ensure every dish is a work of art—on time, at perfect temperature, and impeccably presented. Spotless Experience Maintain a near‑pristine dining environment throughout every shift. Sales & Profitability Execute promotions and LTOs, control waste, manage labor to target, and drive add‑on sales. Operational Excellence Complete pre‑close, side work, and closing duties accurately and safely. Verify closing checklists. Team Development & Accountability Provide constructive feedback, resolve conflicts, and coach team members to higher performance, recruiting and training new hires alongside your ROP.
