Description Job Title: Assistant Manager Location: Springfield, MO Job Type: Full-time We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Cicis Pizza in Springfield. The ideal candidate will have daytime and evening availability, be a reliable food handler, and have a passion for the restaurant industry. Responsibilities: - Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations - Ensure that all food and beverage products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant's recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards - Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines - Train and develop team members to provide excellent customer service and maintain high-quality food standards - Manage inventory and ordering of supplies - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist in scheduling and inventory management Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role - Food Handlers Certification - Daytime and evening availability, including weekends and holidays - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time -Willingness to submit a background check If you are a passionate and reliable food handler with a desire to grow your career in the restaurant industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
