The Claims Specialist is a mid-level technical claims role within the Claims Department. The role acts as a key support function to the AVP, Claims. The role is responsible for end-to-end claims handling, technical assessment, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, oversight of claims, and ensuring timely, compliant, and customer-focused claims settlement across multiple lines of business within the DAMAN P&C portfolio.
