MEMBER EXPERIENCE & COMMUNITY

  • Be a friendly, professional main point of contact for member and visitor support.
  • Onboard new members, ensuring they feel welcome and informed from day one.

  • Plan, promote, and host regular member events (occasional evening work).

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who combines great people and sales skills with a keen eye for detail, as well as being:

  • Experienced in co-working, retail, or hotel management.
  • Confident using CRM systems to manage leads and data.
  • Warm, approachable, and service-driven.
  • Detail-focussed and highly organised.
  • Reliable and proactive.
  • Able to balance day-to-day tasks with longer-term planning.
  • Comfortable taking ownership and making decisions in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with our General Manager to ensure our workspace runs seamlessly, our members are supported and our business continues to grow. This is a hands-on, dynamic role where you’ll act as the main point of contact for our 200+ members, and oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the space.
This role blends member-facing hospitality, operational oversight and some commercial exposure – perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on responsibility and has an eye both for detail and the bigger picture.
