Assistant Manager wanted for our lovely bakery cafe on the 1st floor of John Lewis on Cheltenham High Street .
We serve high quality food in a friendly environment. Huffkins is family owned bakery business with 9 outlets in the Cotswolds and London all supplied by our own craft bakery.
Day time only and early evening.
No late evenings
We are looking to grow our close knit team based in our beautiful cafe in Cheltenham with an experienced hospitality professional.
A mixture of weekday and weekend shift patters.
Applicants should have a good track record in a hospitality environment with a minimum of two years experience. Ideally you will have worked in a coffee shop environment as well.
Reporting to the Manager you will help the site achieve its KPIs in staffing costs, cost of sales and customer service. You will have some previous experience of responsibility but also be looking to take on new challenges.
You MUST have be confident to lead a shift with 4 to 5 other staff , have good coffee skills. Experience in food preparation an advantage as will be operating to five star EHO standards.
