Muffin Break, The Rushes Shopping Centre
We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join our Muffin Break, Loughborough store. As an Assistant Manager within our team you will be required to develop, lead, manage, motivate and train the team with the appropriate skills to deliver a profitable, fast paced store.

Roles and Responsibility:

• To work closely with Store Manager & Franchisee
• To develop relationships with customers and staff
• Lead the team on shift to deliver excellent customer service and ensure the store is opened and closed in line with brand standards
• Train and manage staff alongside store manager
• Manage aspects of the daily running of the store, including food prep, restocking, and deliveries in absence of store manager, or as delegated by store manager
• To ensure all cash and stock is kept secure
• To assist with store orders and stock levels to ensure the store has adequate levels for customers
• To become a certified Muffin Break Barista by completing the provided Muffin Break Barista training programme
• To keep the food cabinets well merchandised and to the highest standard at all times

**Note that this is a hospitality job and you will be required to work regular weekend work. If this is not something that suits you please do not apply.
Your availability must be from 7am to 6pm every day of the week (You will not be required to work every day of the week - This is just your availability)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
