1. Campaigns Support Communication Manager in communication planning and campaign development across key business priorities Develop campaign briefs, including theme, messaging, and promotional concepts Coordinate cross-functional teams (Design, Media, Trade, and related stakeholders) to ensure smooth and timely execution Ensure brand consistency and cohesive storytelling across all communication touchpoints Review and proofread all campaign materials (artwork, messaging, and video content) to ensure quality and accuracy Track and analyze campaign performance, with a focus on creative effectiveness and overall campaign impact 2. Branding Support Communication Manager in executing brand strategy and strengthening brand positioning across all channels Coordinate with creative agencies to develop brand assets and content, including KV, video, and always-on materials Ensure all brand communications align with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity Work closely with internal teams to adapt brand assets for different platforms and campaign needs Review and consolidate feedback between stakeholders and agencies to ensure efficient revisions and high-quality outputs Maintain consistency of brand presence across both online and offline touchpoints Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in E-Commerce, Campaign Management, or Online Retail Business. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (Power BI or other BI tools is a plus). Experience in campaign setup, homepage management, or digital merchandising is preferred. Data-driven, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently. English proficiency for cross functional team alignment. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
