  • Create compelling content to showcase cross-college research themes, new interdisciplinary initiatives, and the work of the recently established research centres.
  • Contribute to international visibility efforts by preparing content for global academic audiences and platforms that strengthen CoHASS’s reputation and NTU’s performance in global rankings.
  • Manage updates to the College’s website, social media, and internal communications channels, ensuring timeliness and brand consistency.
  • Liaise with school/centre communications teams, faculty, and researchers to coordinate content inputs, messaging alignment, and joint campaign efforts.
  • Oversee logistics with vendors for design, photography, and creative production, ensuring deliverables meet quality and branding standards.
  • Monitor digital engagement metrics and assist in preparing performance reports to inform communications strategy.
  • Maintain editorial calendars, image libraries, and other shared communications tools to support College-wide consistency and efficiency.

  • Familiarity with content management systems, basic design tools, and digital media platforms.
  • Excellent organisational and coordination skills, with experience managing cross-stakeholder workflows.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and meticulous, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
  • Experience in public institutions or higher education settings will be an advantage.
