AHOY is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager Compliance to join our regulatory affairs team. In this role, you will assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining our compliance programs to ensure that all operations and business transactions are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Support the development and execution of compliance strategies and policies in alignment with regulatory requirements. Conduct regular compliance audits and reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of compliance controls and processes. Assist in monitoring and reporting compliance risks and issues to senior management. Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance-related matters and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance standards are embedded in all business processes. Stay informed of regulatory changes and industry trends impacting compliance obligations. Assist in preparing compliance documentation and reports for regulatory agencies as needed. Who Are We Looking For? The ideal candidate will have: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field, preferably in the financial services industry. Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and frameworks. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration with various stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Professional certifications in compliance (such as CCEP, CRCM, or CAMS) are a plus. About the Company:
