Qualifications:

• Hospitality/Retail leadership experience, ideally working across Gaming, bar and food
• Minimum 3 years of management experience
• Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
• Proficiency in hospitality point of sale and gaming reporting software
• Highly developed customer service skills
• Current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications. An Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gaming for NSW is preferred, not essential

• Be a motivational and inspiring leader, develop and train the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience every time
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Venue - open/close, back of house administration
• Be creative - develop and grow the business through your own initiatives
• Oversee operations and maintain high standards and professionalism across all aspects of bar procedures
• Address and resolve major complaints. Communicate problems to higher management and advice steps taken to resolve.
• Manage any emergency situations, leading the staff, responding and conducting detailed Incident reports.
• Ensure effective shift hand-overs and fill in the gaps of other aspects of the business when needed
• Float and inventory management to ensure all transactions are accounted for

  Pay: $74,000.00 – $76,000.00 per year
