* Full-fledged financial analysis, credit risk assessment, risk rating and structuring of facilities for assigned corporate relationships, by working with the Relationship Managers (RMs) and engaging/ meeting the customers * Preparation of Credit Proposals (CPs) by thoroughly analyzing publicly released financials, presentations, rating reports, analyst reports and feedback received in client calls (new, annual renewals and amendments etc.) and liaising with Credit Risk Management (CRM) in resolving their queries.  * Quick and timely turnaround of CPs while maintaining quality of analysis Ensure limits are renewed in a timely manner thereby avoiding any limit expiries * Preparing and providing writeups/ updates as required by senior management with accurate data and analysis in a timely manner. Responsibilities
The Assistant Manager is responsible for conducting comprehensive financial analysis, credit risk assessments, and structuring facilities for corporate clients.
