About Your Team


The German Core Operations team is part of the global Operations organization, with a focus on Corporate Actions and Reconciliation. In a dynamic and highly regulated environment, the team plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of corporate action events, maintaining the integrity of client assets, and minimizing operational risk.


Our mission is to deliver efficient, controlled, and high-quality operational services while safeguarding the accuracy of records and reconciliations across the business. Through close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, we provide expertise, resolve exceptions, and drive continuous process improvements.


About Your Role


As part of the team, you will be responsible for Corporate Actions (e.g. Distributions) as well as reconciliation. You will need to develop an understanding of all key processes within operations.


In addition to meeting regulatory requirements our key focus is to provide our clients with a First-Class operational service.


Key Responsibilities


  • booking and control of corporate actions
  • Investigation and resolution of discrepancies
  • Verification and reconciliation of positions against custodian records
  • Identification and resolution of reconciliation breaks
  • Contribution to projects and operational enhancements
  • Testing and sign-off of system and process enhancements

About You


  • Preferably completed banking training or studies in the field of finance
  • Comfortable with business English and German
  • Self-confidence and client-centricity
  • Motivation and collaboration
  • High level of quality assurance and risk awarenes
