Job Description The Assistant Manager, Corporate Administration plays a pivotal role in supporting the Manager in leading team operations while ensuring excellence in service delivery. This position requires a strategic focus on quality management, compliance, and continuous improvement across all administrative functions. What you will do : You'll lead and develop team members by providing technical guidance, identifying training needs, and fostering professional growth whilst ensuring adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements You'll oversee quality assurance and methodology implementation by monitoring regulatory compliance, reviewing deliverables for accuracy, ensuring correct software usage, and maintaining consistent work quality standards across all cluster operations You'll provide comprehensive technical and client support by allocating tasks, resolving complex queries, managing service disruptions, escalating issues appropriately, and guiding team members through complex matter resolution You'll drive process improvements and standardisation by documenting and updating procedures, implementing new methodologies, coaching team members on effective processes, and identifying opportunities for operational enhancement You'll manage stakeholder and client relationships by facilitating effective communication, coordinating task planning, protecting information assets, and handling sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion Qualifications About you: You are a degree holder and/or related Professional qualification You have a minimum 6 years of experience in Corporate Administration and Secretarial matters Additional Information OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU AND THE ENVIRONMENT Sustainability is integral to our strategy and operations.
