REQUIREMENTS

  • 5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience, with some supervisory responsibilities;
  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or Business;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement at all levels;
  • Strong project management skills, with ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and visual communication skills;
  • Experience in managing digital platforms, public relations, and media relations;
  • Design and architecture industry experience is a plus.
    This is a 1-year contract position with the possibility of renewal or conversion to a permanent role
Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of corporate communications strategies aligned with the firm’s objectives;
  • Provide sound communications counsel and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in corporate messaging across all channels;
  • Oversee awards programme, including managing timelines and submissions;
  • Draft, edit and proofread a range of corporate materials including publications, award submissions, media releases, web articles and EDMs;
  • Manage and update the firm’s website, social media platforms and intranet with accurate and engaging content;
  • Contribute to the development and production of brand content, such as corporate videos and marketing collateral;
  • Assist with media relations, including facilitating media requests and supporting media coverage opportunities;
  • Manage and coordinate key corporate events;
  • Guide junior team members, ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day activities.
