We have a well curated bouquet of rewards and recognition program for the employees Dynamic, Inclusive and Diverse team culture Gender Neutral Policy Inclusive Health Benefits for all - Medical Insurance, Personal Accidental, Group Term Life Insurance and Annual Health Checkup, Dental and OPD benefits Commitment to the overall development of an employee through comprehensive learning & development framework Role Purpose Responsible for handling Sales, corporate client queries/concerns with regard to Client Onboarding on the system, application processing & screening (multiple system queues), handling Cardone queries and resolution The role is also responsible for decisioning and performing due-diligence of application and KYC documents for new application processing received through different channels Role Accountability Perform enhanced due diligence for new and existing individual applications from corporate partners as per defined SOP Respond to CRM queries to corporate clients and stakeholders within the defined SLA Regularly update records in all the data maintenance files, maintain data to ensure compliance with regulatory framework and internal policies and procedures Prepare and share MIS trackers with stakeholders as per the defined SLA and ensure Corporate master data is maintained and share periodically with stakeholders Handle Application discrepancies by coordinating with corporate Card Customer Manager or individuals through email/calls Respond to stakeholder queries with resolution in a timely manner Perform process documentation and compliance adherence Measures of Success Accuracy in Application processing & underwriting as per defined SOP Meeting daily productivity with accuracy Accuracy in other operational processes as per SLAs Process Adherence as per MOU Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications Understanding of KYC regulations Expertise in MS Office tools Competencies critical to the role Verbal and written communication Analytical ability Detail Orientation Qualification Graduate / Postgraduate in any stream Preferred Industry FSI
