What is the job role?
Are you ready to lead a dynamic team and make a real difference in the lives of others? We are seeking a highly competent and compassionate Assistant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our Internally Provided Housing with Care schemes.

As Assistant Manager, you will:

  • Lead and develop a dedicated staff team to deliver high-quality care and support.
  • Ensure compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOEs) while continually seeking ways to improve the quality of life for the people we support.
  • Oversee budget management, recruitment, and adherence to HR policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with sister schemes, providing guidance and support in the absence of their Assistant Manager.
  • Be part of the on-call management rota, supporting services for Older Adults, Dementia, and Reablement

This is a critical leadership role where your efforts will directly impact both the service’s operational excellence and the well-being of those in our care.
